Hey everyone!
We really just want to send out a Thank you for all of the support we are getting. The Holland community is really making us feel like we are all a big family!
My dad has been in contact with a contractor and they are saying at the most 6 months. I know for some of you that may seem like an eternity, but in the beginning they were telling us up to a year. Things are really starting to move forward. We have been inventorying what was in the building. You really don't know how many things you have until they are gone! We should really start seeing somethings happening soon. They are talking about demolition here in the next couple weeks. I will make sure to post something for when they are planning on doing it.
We are still trying to collect pictures of the building. Whether inside or outside, old or new, people or no people. We want to use these as some decorations within the building.

ReplyDeleteHow sad!!! But it's always great to hear stories of communities pulling together to help one-another out. I have to say, I LOVE the name "Jackie's Place"...I always thought that would be a great name for a restaurant!
